Gitlo's Dim Sum Bakery

XO Sauce Daikon Cake - house special made sauce stir-fried w/preserved meat in daikon cake



Sesame Pork Bun - finely cut pork mixed w/ water chestnuts and scallions, pan fried to golden brown




Chiu Chou Dumplings - traditional dumpling wrapped with peanuts, celery, and pork




Crystal Rainbow Bun - crab meat, pork, shrimp mixed with scallions, corn, and dry black mushroom



Scallop Shiu-Mai - scallop, flying fish roe in pork dumpling



Taro Shiu-Mai - hand picked taro mixed with diced pork



Custard Cream Bun - sweet bun with custard cream mixed with butter



Second week in a row to eat there. Everything I have tried was delicious and made by 17-year-old Liang in the back. Wow! Help keep this place in business:
